The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of a workshop manager, overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle return with excellent service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are met, manage inventory, and maintain audit-ready standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the necessary certification for workshop management or already hold the qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC operations.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, peer-to-peer collaboration.
