About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B AI company building agentic tools for data teams. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for a platform that brings AI capabilities into data engineering workflows, working closely with customers, design, engineering, and company leadership.
What You'll Do
Identify customer use cases and define product strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for native generative AI products.
Work with engineering to scope, build, and launch product capabilities for technical users.
Gather user feedback and represent customer needs across the organization.
Support sales and customer teams through enterprise pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Collaborate with marketing on product messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead generation.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage startup.
Experience building and launching technical products from 0 to 1, especially for data engineers.
Knowledge of the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.
Experience shipping native generative AI products; familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and AI evaluation is valuable.
Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in day-to-day work.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment, with strong technical foundations; data engineering experience is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in Sunnyvale, California.
