Community Manager - Client & Online Engagement

ChadNic Group, LLC, a Texas-based business services and consulting firm, seeks a Community Manager to build and manage online and offline communities for the firm and its small-business clients. In this role, you will design and execute engagement strategies, coordinate events and campaigns, and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders. You will track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and support consulting teams with communication initiatives in a professional, entrepreneurial, and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online and offline community engagement for Chad
• Nic Group and its clients
• Develop and execute community outreach, communication, and content plans that align with client goals
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries across email, social platforms, and forums
• Gather feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and client-facing sessions
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to support client initiatives and campaigns
• Maintain organized records of interactions, contacts, and community activities in CRM tools
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
