Head of Working Capital & Cash Flow Transformation

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a commercially astute finance leader to shape and lead the national working capital capability. You will oversee WIP, billing discipline, cash conversion and debtor oversight, partnering with the CFO to drive sustainable improvements across the firm.

This senior role combines strategic change with hands-on delivery, establishing governance, reporting to the CFO, and mentoring two Working Capital Managers as you transform processes and technology enablement.
