Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Manage and maintain Windows server and client infrastructure, including cloud-based services and identity management systems.
  • Provide technical support and resolve system incidents while contributing to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
  • Administer virtual desktop environments and endpoint security solutions to ensure a stable and secure user experience.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure projects and assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge-base resources.

What You'll Need

  • A completed vocational qualification in an IT-related field, such as systems integration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory, cloud services, and modern collaboration platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure and network security principles.
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
