Position Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead and execute the Company's IT strategy across its five operating entities. This is a working leadership role, not a purely strategic or administrative position.

This position will report to Client's CEO, with a dotted-line relationship to the CFO.

Qualifications:

Required

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with depth across the full IT stack (infrastructure, networking, end-user support, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications)
• Demonstrated experience managing IT for multi-entity or multi-location organizations
• Direct supervisory experience leading and evaluating internal IT staff
• Experience selecting and managing third-party technology partners
• Strong project and vendor management experience, including oversight of large implementations led by external providers
• Experience supporting or providing technical oversight of ERP environments (implementation, optimization, or long-term ownership)
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks, with experience preparing for or supporting audits
• Strong communicator able to translate IT for executive leadership and business stakeholders
