Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with hands-on Trintech application experience. This is a techno-functional role, meaning you should understand both business processes and technical systems.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Strong experience as a Business System Analyst (BSA)
Hands-on experience with Trintech (required)
Techno-functional experience (business + technical)
Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional/technical documents
Experience supporting testing/UAT (Client Experience testing is a plus)
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Basic understanding of programming (Java, C#, or Python)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• SQL Server or Oracle knowledge
• AWS or Azure experience
• DevOps knowledge
• Experience leading projects

What You'll Do

• Meet with business users to understand requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical requirements.
• Work with developers and testers throughout the project.
• Support application testing and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time.

Best Fit Candidate

• 10+ years as a Business System Analyst
• Strong Trintech implementation or support experience
• Comfortable working with both business teams and technical teams.
• Local to the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area is highly preferred.

Pure Business Analyst with no technical understanding
Pure Developer with no BSA experience
Non-local candidates (unless exceptionally strong)
