The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume branch management responsibilities, overseeing technical operations, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, offering expert consultation. • Manage billing, customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork experience. • Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already possess branch management certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with effective communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, valuing trust and partnership.
