Java Full Stack Developer- W2 Only

Role: Java Full Stack Developer 
Location: Omaha, NE- Onsite
Duration: 18+ months with possible extension

Must Have: 
Expert-level Java 8+ and object-oriented design principles 
Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture 
REST APIs, API Management, and Service-Oriented Architecture 
Advanced database design and performance optimization 
Kafka, messaging platforms, and distributed systems 
Cloud-native application development (Azure or AWS) 
CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing strategies 
Architecture and system integration experience 
Demonstrated technical leadership including solution design, code reviews, architectural decision making, and mentoring of engineers onshore and offshore 
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains 
Proven track record of rapidly learning and contributing within unfamiliar technologies, applications, or business functions 
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills 
Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex integrations, multiple dependent systems, and highly regulated change management processes

Angular (v10+) or equivalent modern frontend framework 
Kubernetes and container orchestration 
Spark, Databricks, or large-scale data engineering platforms 
Domain-Driven Design (DDD) 
Event Sourcing and CQRS 
Infrastructure as Code

Transportation, logistics, supply chain, or railroad industry experience
