Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | Multiple shifts available! (1st, 2nd, & 3rd) | Competitive benefits package

We are seeking skilled and reliable people to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise to keep systems and equipment in good condition to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

What You\'ll Love

What You\'ll Do
  • Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial components
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
  • Perform basic alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive system maintenance
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards and procedures

What You\'ll Bring
  • Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and power transmission
  • Basic understanding of PLC systems (programming or advanced troubleshooting preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekend rotations as needed
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certifications or trade school degree a plus
