E2E SIT Test Lead – Loan IQ Migration Program

This is a lead-level Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing role responsible for planning, managing, and executing End-to-End System Integration Testing (E2E SIT) for a US Commercial Lending Loan IQ migration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the E2E System Integration Testing (SIT) for the Loan IQ migration program.
• Define the overall test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
• Coordinate testing across 25+ integrated applications and multiple business teams.
• Validate end-to-end business processes throughout the commercial lending lifecycle, including:
  • Customer onboarding
  • Deal setup
  • Facility management
  • Drawdowns
  • Interest and fee processing
  • Payments
  • Trade settlement
  • Loan closure
• Ensure integrations with systems such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Payments
  • Treasury
  • Data Warehouse
  • Regulatory Reporting
• Manage defect tracking using JIRA, Zephyr, or ALM, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with:
  • Business SMEs
  • Loan Operations teams
  • Developers
  • Vendors
  • Program Managers
• Monitor testing progress, risks, metrics, and provide status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all entry and exit criteria for SIT are met before moving to UAT or production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in QA/Test Management.
• 6+ years of experience with Loan IQ and US Commercial Lending.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Commercial lending products
  • Loan IQ business processes
  • E2E SIT
  • System integrations
  • Banking operations
• Experience in Loan IQ implementation or migration (especially ACBS to Loan IQ) is highly preferred.
