Video Support Specialist

Job Title: Video Support Specialist

• Location: London, Ohio 100% onsite
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Education: 4-year college degree preferred/required per the skills section.
• Schedule and manage videoconference requests and resolve issues by phone/email.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 for daily support activities.
• Support a multi-site video conferencing network.
• Troubleshoot video endpoints, conference rooms, and fiber/network connectivity.
• Support point-to-point and multipoint/bridge video conferences.
• Provide audio/video support for management meetings and off-site events.
• Work with multiple teams and communicate professionally.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Report technical and operational issues to management.
• Polycom and Cisco video infrastructure/endpoints are highly preferred.
• Polycom RMX and Resource Manager experience would be a major advantage.
