 JDI IT is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with administrative duties that improve the overall project coordination, project schedule, and efficiency of our team.   A dynamic and critical role to our team, this team member understands technology, people and how to make things happen.   Working closely with infrastructure teams, this role will help coordinate initiatives involving server, network, and business stakeholders, ensuring project activities, communications, and deliverables are aligned and progressing effectively.

• Exposure to various business areas and their respective responsibilities, processes, etc.

• Translating business problems and opportunities into technical solutions through working in a team environment acting as the liaison between business, server, network, and technical teams to support the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects

• Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program   
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements
• Curiosity, drive for excellence and interest in technology 
• Excellent and customer focused communication skills while building a professional relationship with end users
