MUST HAVE'S

• Previous account management or customer relationship experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience within debt collection, credit control, or financial services

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing regular performance updates and reporting
• Liaising with internal collections teams to meet client expectations
• Investigating and resolving client queries efficiently
• Monitoring account performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Supporting business development and client retention activities
