Role Overview

Workday HCM Consultant, will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of a complex, multi-entity Workday solution.  This position requires a subject matter expert who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure. This position will support cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a robust solution covering HCM, U.S./Canada Payroll, Talent/Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, Help. This position will be critical in performing Fit-Gap analysis, defining global business processes, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and leading Workday implementations.
• Proven experience with U.S. and/or Canada Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance is a plus.
• Extensive experience in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
