Year 5 Teacher Role – Sandy, Bedfordshire

• Start Date: January 2025
• Position: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess creative, engaging lessons for Year 5 students across a range of subjects
• Foster a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning
• Support Year 5 students with their academic, social, and emotional development as they move closer to Key Stage 2 assessments
• Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure the school’s curriculum is effectively implemented and meets the needs of all students

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience: Experience teaching Year 5 or within Key Stage 2, with the ability to inspire and engage students
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners
