Job Description

Role : oracle cloud ERP supply chain project manager 

Location : Atlanta ,GA

Description

  • Managed Oracle Cloud SCM projects covering Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Partnered with business stakeholders to define business requirements, process improvements, solution design, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Managed project delivery through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, training, cutover, and production support.
  • Led cross-functional teams of Oracle functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, data migration teams, QA, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Developed and maintained detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinated with business and technical teams to identify and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
  • Managed CRP, conference room pilots, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end supply chain validation.
  • Oversaw data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration into Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Coordinated integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Managed Oracle Cloud SCM configurations and ensured solutions aligned with business processes, industry standards, and Oracle best practices.
  • Facilitated workshops with supply chain, procurement, finance, warehouse, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Managed Oracle Cloud quarterly update and release activities, including impact assessment, regression testing, issue resolution, and production readiness.
  • Established project governance and communication processes, providing regular executive status updates, steering committee presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Managed vendor and system integrator relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs, project timelines, quality standards, and contractual deliverables.
  • Coordinated cutover and go-live activities, including deployment planning, production readiness reviews, mock cutovers, business sign-off, and hypercare support.
  • Implemented change management and adoption strategies, coordinating user training, communications, process documentation, and organizational readiness.
  • Monitored project financials, including budget, forecasts, resource utilization, vendor costs, and variance analysis.
  • Used Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies based on project requirements and organizational standards.
  • Managed project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensured compliance with Oracle implementation methodology, SDLC, quality standards, security requirements, and project governance frameworks.
  • Led post-go-live stabilization, prioritized production issues, coordinated defect resolution, and transitioned solutions to BAU/support teams.
  • Identified opportunities to improve supply chain processes through automation, standardization, analytics, and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
