Job description

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a growing wholesale company who will be based at their Colchester branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, ambitious and enjoys building relationships and winning new business.

Key Duties:

  • Increase sales and grow business within the local area.
  • Find and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Contact potential customers by phone and face to face.
  • Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Someone confident and comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • A positive attitude with the determination to win new business.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A professional appearance and approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
