IT Support Specialist - AI-Enabled Helpdesk

Linkly is seeking an IT Support Officer to be the first point of contact for technology support across a team of about 120 people. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, access provisioning and day-to-day troubleshooting in a regulated payments environment, with close collaboration with IT, Security and Platform teams.

You will build laptops/desktops, manage accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and maintain documentation while adopting AI tools to speed up
