Job Description
Queensland Hydro is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver responsive, secure IT support across Queensland offices and remote project sites. You will be the primary contact for end-user technology, helping staff maximise device and workplace tool use.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will support modern workplace tools, cloud integrations, and staff onboarding/offboarding. Strong MS 365 experience and ITIL familiarity are essential.
