IT TRAINER x2 - BUSINESS SYTEMS, CRM, BILLING, APPLICATIONS - HEALTH CARE

They urgently require a talented, dynamic IT Systems Trainer - CRM, BILLING, Applications to help lead the Training support key elements for a core programme to modernise their core systems operations

You will:

• IT Training: Support, directly advising business on their use of business systems optimally
• This will include providing ad hoc advice and training, identifying and reporting on business issues, advising on how to achieve improved process compliance and greater efficient/effective usage of IT systems.
• This involves: Core Business Systems, CRM, Billing HR/Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS etc
• Deliver training programs using various methods (including classroom, E-learning, workshops, floorwalking).
• Provide Systems support/Testing
