• 10+ years of IT experience

• 7+ years SQL Server development

• 5+ years .NET/C# backend development

• 3+ years Technical Lead experience

• 3+ years modernization/migration projects

• 3+ years Azure SQL on IaaS VMs

• 3 5+ years Azure Data Factory (ADF) / ETL

• Strong Agile delivery and team collaboration experience

• Microservices architecture exposure preferred
