The Role

• Support store management in all personnel and store operations.
• Ensure the store adheres to company standards, optimizing workflows and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Engage with and inspire the team and the customer community with a competent and service-oriented approach.
• Be hands-on, assisting with tasks from stocking shelves and pricing to operating the cash register.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in retail or a comparable qualification, with prior professional experience.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to inspire and motivate employees, coupled with independent work habits and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of responsibility.
• A passion for or interest in motorcycling.
