Title: Bilingual Spanish QA Analyst - Conversational AI
Location: Bethpage, NY or Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension)

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Strong understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and quality processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence / Lucid
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Ability to independently deliver test planning and analysis without detailed direction
• Professional Spanish language skills (required) for bilingual / Spanish-language call-flow and NLU quality validation

Preferred Experience

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript), including Dialogflow CX / conversational test automation
• Experience testing conversational voice agents, Google Dialogflow CX / Google CES, and IVR/CCaaS migrations
• ISTQB or comparable QA certification
• Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset
