The Role • Engage in technical pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and consulting for cloud services, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions. • Develop new business opportunities and drive sales execution with both new and existing customers by evaluating partner needs and customer requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regional staff across various market verticals. • Design and deliver technical roadmaps, workshops, webinars, and events to enhance technical awareness of new products within the reseller community. • Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements. • Define and monitor key performance indicators for vendor products and services. What You'll Need • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement. • In-depth knowledge of cloud services, primarily Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Modern Workplace. • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid Solutions, Cloud Security, or AWS, Marketplace, Partner Centre, and aligned vendor programmes. • Understanding of Microsoft Licensing. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
