Product Manager Online Money Transfer Platform
Reports ToChief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Job PurposeThe Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing APS International Ltd's online money transfer products. The role owns the product roadmap, customer experience, and product lifecycle while ensuring secure, compliant, scalable, and innovative cross-border payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product strategy and roadmap for APS International's digital remittance platform.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from registration and KYC to beneficiary management, transfers, tracking, and customer support.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver mobile and web product enhancements.
- Lead integrations with banks, payment gateways, card processors, mobile money operators, and APS Wallet.
- Define requirements for new remittance corridors and payment methods.
- Drive product innovation to improve transfer speed, reliability, and customer experience.
- Monitor product performance using data analytics and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, AML/CFT regulations, sanctions screening, and data protection obligations.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Manage the product backlog, user stories, testing, UAT, and production releases.
- Prepare business cases for new products and strategic initiatives.
- Launch new remittance features on schedule.
- Increase active customers and transaction volumes.
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Reduce failed transactions and customer complaints.
- Increase adoption of digital channels.
- Improve transfer completion times.
- Deliver successful third-party API integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field. Product Management certification is an advantage. Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.
ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years in remittance, payments, digital banking, mobile money, or fintech.
