Territory Sales Rep Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Proven success in on-premise B2B sales, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Experience with cold calling and new client acquisition
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with restaurant and hospitality decision makers
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the South Florida region. Must own a car.

Territory Sales Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proactively build a pipeline through disciplined prospecting, cold calling, and industry networking
• Present and promote revenue-generating glassware programs to restaurants, resorts, and bars
• Educate and train restaurant managers and staff on program benefits and best practices
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure program success and repeat business
• Manage leads, accounts, and activities using CRM tools
• Regularly travel within territory to meet with clients and generate new opportunities
