The Role • Drive new business growth in an assigned territory through prospecting and closing complex contracts. • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. • Conduct on-site assessments and present service programs for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services. • Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements. • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity. • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, or safety gear is a plus). • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to take coaching. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
