About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Technology Leader to drive strategic delivery, digital transformation, and AI-led innovation across healthcare programs. This role requires deep expertise in U.S. healthcare, strong software engineering and cloud architecture foundations, and a proven track record of leading large-scale client engagements. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while building high-performing teams and advancing modern healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Client Leadership

·        Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology programs, ensuring quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

·        Manage executive stakeholder relationships and provide strategic technology guidance.

·        Drive delivery governance, risk management, program planning, and operational excellence across multiple accounts.

·        Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

·        Support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.

·        Partner with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities and expand client engagements.

·        Present solution strategies and technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

Technology & Architecture Leadership

·        Drive software engineering excellence through modern architecture, cloud-native design, DevOps, and agile delivery practices.

·        Lead implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions on Azure and/or AWS.

·        Guide architecture decisions involving microservices, APIs, healthcare integrations, and data platforms.

·        Ensure adherence to healthcare interoperability and regulatory standards.

AI & Innovation

·        Champion adoption of AI-driven engineering practices, including Copilot and GenAI-enabled software delivery.

·        Lead development of AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions that improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

·        Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives across healthcare programs.

Team & Capability Development

·        Mentor delivery leaders, architects, and engineering teams.

·        Build organizational capabilities in healthcare technology, cloud, interoperability, and AI.

·        Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

Healthcare Domain Expertise

·        15+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Technology with strong knowledge of:

·        Provider, Payer, RCM, PBM, Prior Authorization, and Practice Management domains

·        EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or equivalent

·        HL7, FHIR, CDA, healthcare interoperability, and healthcare data standards

·        HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and related healthcare regulations

Technical & Leadership Experience

·        Strong software engineering background with experience in Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

·        Progressive growth from Developer/Technical Lead to Delivery and Organizational Leadership roles.

·        Experience leading multi-million-dollar healthcare programs and distributed teams.

·        Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery models, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern architecture patterns.

AI & Cloud Expertise

·        Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools and GenAI solutions.

·        Experience implementing AI/ML solutions on Azure or AWS.

·        Knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, automation frameworks, and AI governance.

·        Expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, serverless architectures, and cloud data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with healthcare integration platforms (Mirth, Rhapsody, Ensemble, etc.).

·        Certifications such as PMP, Azure/AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CSM, HL7, or CPHIMS.

·        Exposure to digital health solutions, healthcare analytics, telehealth, patient engagement, or care management platforms.
