Lead Developer / Java / Onsite

A leading financial services firm is hiring a Lead Java Engineer to join their engineering team. You must currently reside in the Greater Philadelphia area to be considered.

They are seeking deep expertise in Core Java to work on mission-critical, real-time infrastructure. This is not a framework, web services, or cloud role - candidates with that background will not be the right fit. To succeed here, you need a strong command of JVM internals, concurrency, and performance-focused engineering in high-throughput, low-latency environments. Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Core Java development
• Deep understanding of JVM internals
• Strong command of multithreading and concurrency
• At least a BS in Computer Science or related field
