Senior Sales Director – Corporate Dining (NorCal / SoCal)
Northern or Southern California (Remote + Travel)
The Senior Sales Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving new business growth in the corporate dining sector across California. This role owns the full sales lifecycle - from pipeline development and executive engagement to solution design and closing.
You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, helping them elevate workplace dining and hospitality experiences through innovative, high-impact solutions.

Drive Growth

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
Build Pipeline:
Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
Lead Executive Sales:
Conduct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
Partner with culinary and operations teams to create tailored proposals and pricing strategies
Close Deals:
Own the full sales cycle through contract negotiation and execution
Align with operations, marketing, and leadership to support successful client onboarding
Manage Performance:
Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM to meet or exceed revenue targets
10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
~ Strong financial, presentation, and negotiation skills
~ Bachelor’s degree required
Contract dining or workplace experience background
Strong network in the California market
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
