The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient counseling to support and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Planning and leading co-therapeutic group sessions to encourage participant engagement and development.
• Assisting patients during meals and challenging situations to promote stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
• Providing holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment.
• Working in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Erzieher (m/f/d).
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care settings.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a genuine enjoyment of the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their relatives.
• Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
