CRM Data Analyst

CRM Data Analyst - Folkestone (hybrid) - £50,000

Our globally known E-commerce client is looking for a CRM Data Analyst to join them and lead the strategy, management and optimisation of customer data across their CRM and marketing platforms, you will play a key role in improving customer engagement, personalising communications and driving commercial performance through data-led decision making.

Our client is looking for a candidate with strong CRM data management experience particularly with Salesforce. You will work closely with marketing, commercial, IT and external partners to ensure data is accurate, secure and effectively integrated across their systems.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in CRM data management, customer analytics and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with experience analysing large datasets; Python knowledge is desirable.
• Strong Power BI and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Good understanding of data governance, data quality, GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Experience in customer segmentation, campaign analysis, data integration and marketing optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
• A relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce certifications are desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is desirable.
