IT Testing & Quality Analyst

Job Title:  IT Testing & Quality Analyst
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 12 months (Contract with possibility of extension)

Lower level to junior level role
M-F, fully remote
Glider : Junior-Level IT & Testing Quality Analyst

•    Conduct source-to-target data mapping validation based on business logic and technical specifications
•    Write and execute complex SQL queries (including JOIN operations, aggregate functions, subqueries, and window functions) to validate data completeness, transformation accuracy and integrity
•    Validate data constraints, default values, schema transformations, and boundary conditions
•    Compare large datasets to identify truncation, duplicated records, mismatched data types, or dropped records during ETL runs
•    Author, maintain, and execute structured test cases, test scripts, and test data sets in accordance with standard QA practices.
•    Participate in functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing cycles within Agile/Scrum delivery cadences
•    Attend daily standups, actively participate in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements sessions, sprint reviews ect.)
•    Document, log, and track data anomalies and bugs
•    Collaborate closely with ETL developers, business analysts and QA leads to investigate root causes and verify bug fixes
•    Contribute to status reports, test execution metrics, and QA sign-off documentation

Requirements :

•    High school diploma
•    1-5 yrs of related experience
•    1-5 yrs of QA
•    1-5 yrs of SQL

Preference

•    Related certifications
•    1-5 yr of HC knowledge
•    Previous client experience
