Sales Applications Product Manager

Own and improve sales and customer applications, including CRM and e-commerce systems, and translate business needs into scalable workflows and integrated solutions. Set product roadmaps and priorities, partner with business stakeholders and IT on delivery, drive user adoption, and measure application performance and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve sales and customer systems, including CRM and e-commerce applications.
• Define application vision, roadmap, priorities, and a prioritized work backlog.
• Translate sales processes, customer experience needs, and business requirements into scalable workflows and solutions.
• Gather requirements and align priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and business teams to guide solution design, specifications, and implementation.
• Drive adoption and monitor system performance and business impact, refining solutions based on feedback.
