Zensar is looking for a Project Manager in the United States (Onsite). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

Defining Scope & Objectives: Establish clear goals, deliverables, KPIs, and constraints.

Project Planning: Develop schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and communication plans.

Team Management: Assemble and lead project teams, assign roles, and ensure collaboration.

Budget & Resource Control: Estimate costs and manage financial/human resources.

Monitoring Progress: Track milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency with clients, vendors, and leadership.

Experience:

•    12–18 years of IT services experience with at least 2+ years in Supporting BFSI / Financial Services accounts.

•    Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

•    Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

•    Communication: Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.

•    Problem-Solving: Risk identification and resolution.

•    Organizational Skills: Managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
