The Role

• Providing specialized care and support for residents with mental health conditions and comorbidity.
• Guiding residents through their daily routines, fostering independence and well-being.
• Building trust with residents and colleagues through a responsible and respectful approach.
• Contributing to a positive and enriching community environment for residents.
• Performing routine nursing tasks, including medication administration and digital documentation.
• Collaborating with families, physicians, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.
• Mentoring and guiding auxiliary nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nurse (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification in elderly or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy, respect, and open communication.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges across different age groups.
• Commitment to fostering trust, initiative, and responsibility in your practice.
• Experience or a strong willingness to work with individuals with mental disabilities and psychological illnesses.
