Quick Overview
Job Description
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Production Coordinator to support the NaF+ UK team across production, from initial enquiries and project preparation through to filming, delivery and financial wrap.
This is a junior role suited to someone with some practical production or administrative experience who wants to develop their career. You’ll help keep projects organised, paperwork accurate and communication moving, with guidance from experienced production colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate crew, supplier, travel and accommodation bookings under the direction of the production lead.
- Maintain production schedules, contact lists, booking records and project files.
- Prepare and track contract paperwork, purchase order requests and required production documents, liaising with Legal and Finance.
- Check that supplier invoices contain the required information, track their progress and flag missing documents or payment queries.
- Support production wrap by collating invoices, expenses and cost records for review.
- Assist with project research, supplier enquiries and gathering information for budgets and bids.
- Communicate with clients, crew and suppliers, providing agreed updates and escalating questions to the appropriate production lead.
- Attend local shoots where required and support the team with on-site coordination.
Budget approval, contractual decisions and payment authorisation sit with the relevant production, Legal and Finance leads.
- Some experience in production coordination, production administration, client services or a similarly busy administrative environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear, professional communication and confidence working with clients, crew and suppliers from different backgrounds.
- A proactive, dependable approach, with the judgement to ask questions and flag issues early.
- Confidence using Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel, and willingness to learn production and financial systems.
- An interest in production, budgeting and client services.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
Support and development
You’ll report to the Head of UK and work with experienced production colleagues. You’ll receive a structured induction and ongoing guidance, with opportunities to develop your budgeting, scheduling and production skills and attend local shoots.
