What You’ll Do Build & Ship: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions. Quality Assurance: Write robust, testable code and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve our tech stack to meet future demands. Mentorship: (For Senior+ roles) Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex projects. Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (Level determined by interview performance). Technical Stack: Proficiency in [Insert Primary Language, e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript]. Frameworks: Experience with modern frameworks such as [e.g., React, Django, Spring Boot, Kubernetes]. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
