This role pays $30-$40 per hour based on experience, plus production bonuses, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

The shop offers seven service bays, works on all makes and models, and is looking for a strong diagnostic technician who can handle both advanced diagnostics and repairs.\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Diagnose vehicle concerns using appropriate diagnostic tools and testing procedures.\n Perform automotive repairs based on diagnostic findings.\n Troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and vehicle computer system concerns.\n Service and repair a variety of automotive systems across all makes and models.\n Perform engine diagnostics and repairs as needed.\n Complete brake, steering, suspension, cooling system, exhaust, fuel system, and other general automotive repairs.\n Support efficient workflow and quality workmanship with a focus on completing repairs correctly.\n\nQualifications\n\n A Level automotive diagnostic and repair capability.\n Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.\n Ability to perform repairs in addition to diagnostic work.\n Experience diagnosing drivability, electrical, and vehicle computer system concerns.\n Broad mechanical knowledge across automotive systems and all makes and models.\n Ability to work effectively in a full-service independent repair environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n $30-$40 per hour, based on experience.\n Production bonus opportunities in addition to hourly pay.\n Weekly pay.\n Medical insurance available\n HSA available\n Dental and vision insurance available\n Life insurance.\n PTO: one week after one year, two weeks after three years, and three weeks after five years.\n Six major paid holidays.\n Paid training and certifications, with 40 hours of training required annually.\n Uniforms provided and laundered.\n Holiday parties and social outings.\n\nWhy Work Here\nThis locally owned independent repair environment has served the Liverpool community since 1993 and operates from an approximately 6,000-square-foot, seven-bay facility.
