Project Manager (Commercial) | Kassel, Germany | Hybrid

What You'll Do

  • Lead national and international projects commercially from acquisition to customer acceptance, managing timelines, quality, and costs, specifically within missile artillery systems.
  • Oversee all core commercial project functions including financial planning, cost control, reporting, contract management, and project steering.
  • Develop proposals, including detailed calculations and contract documentation, for both national and international clients.
  • Prepare for, participate in, and potentially lead contract and price negotiations, as well as meetings, both domestically and abroad.
  • Foster close collaboration with technical project staff and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Report project status and commercial performance to department management.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with public sector contracts and pricing laws (certification is a plus).
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken) and a willingness to travel internationally.
  • Proficiency in SAP and a proactive, reliable work approach with strong communication, organizational, and team skills.
