Seeking an experienced ServiceNow BPC/BA/Functional Consultant with mandatory EmployeeWorks OTTO/Slate enablement and implementation experience.
Required ServiceNow Skills
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
EmployeeWorks OTTO/Slate enablement and relevant implementation experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Employee Center / Employee Experience capabilities.
Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and employee-facing processes is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, case management, knowledge management, service catalogs, and
employee self-service.
Experience conducting process discovery, gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization
workshops.
Strong ability to create process maps, user journeys, personas, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer and automation capabilities from a functional/process perspective
