We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, renowned for their extensive network of service centers and mobile units. The Role

• Perform repairs and replacements of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Take on the role of workshop manager, overseeing technical operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage daily operational planning and ensure efficient workflows.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Handle invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical or automotive trade.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience as an automotive technician or similar.
• Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already hold a workshop manager qualification (HWK).
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and general PC knowledge.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
