Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record delivering business and technology change across complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to identify opportunities for process improvement, drive automation initiatives, and support the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. A key focus of the role will be helping the organisation maximise the functionality and benefits of the Microsoft suite of tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and the wider M365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements across major transformation initiatives.
• Support large-scale Microsoft 365 programs of work, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on the design and implementation of SharePoint solutions, workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SharePoint setup, governance, functionality, and business adoption.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
