We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Sales Associate to join our growing sales and marketing team. This is a full-time face-to-face sales position where you will represent well-known brands, engage directly with customers in retail stores and at promotional events, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales results. No cold calling or door-to-door sales required.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will interact with walk-in customers, explain product and service options, build strong client relationships
, and help customers enroll in the best solutions for their needs. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals, generating new accounts, and creating a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving. We offer hourly pay, commission, bonuses, and weekly incentives. All team members are paid weekly.

You will receive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching from top-performing sales leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
