We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality across Germany. The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d)", overseeing technical aspects and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover, including consultation and support.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the planning and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of professional experience as a master craftsman, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to undertake the proficiency test or already be an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, with a focus on trust and equal partnership.
