Job Description

Hi,

The following requirement is open with our client.  

Title                                       : AIML Engineer

Location                               : Minnesota City, MN (Hybrid)
Rate : $60/Hr On W2
Relevant Experience      : 7+

Job Description:

·       Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field within AIML space and min 4 years of experience of leading managing coaching AIML engineering team, especially on AIDLC work model.

·      Strong experience in AIML engineering, AI platform delivery, and enterprise AI solution implementation Deep understanding of AI Development Lifecycle AIDLC, AIDLC frameworks Spec Kit, BMAD, Spectra etc., and AI governance frameworks Expertise

·       Certifications in AIML, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Agile methodologies. Experience with responsible AI, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.

·     Exposure to healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments. Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or platform modernization initiatives.
