Job Title: ON-SITE - Java Developer - HBITS-08-15036

Location:  Albany, NY 12229

Duration: Long-term (30) 

Job Description:  

  • 84 months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop web and desktop applications in Visual Basic, VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services, MVC 5 and above ,and WCF.

  • 84 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.

  • 84 months Experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, creating tables, etc.,

  • 84 Months Experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements , building the logic, and unit testing within an application's code to meet those requirements.

  • 72 Months Experience using Team Foundation Server and GIT for source code management.

  • 48 months Experience working with UI/UX team, Business Analysts, and Project managers to define requirements and timelines.

  • 48 months Experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports from web based applications

  • 24 Months Experience with user provisioning, authentication and authorization using LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.

Project: PCA(Patient Cash Application) system and various initiatives/projects as needed.

Detailed Job Description: Design and implement solutions on PCA application as well as work on authentication and authorization using C#, .Net, MVC, PL/SQL, and various other programming tools. PCA application tracks monies owned by OMH patients at psychiatric centers.
