Required functional expertise

  • Experience in AMS delivery: ticket management discipline, RCA, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Technical and delivery skills

  • Ability to work with technical teams (ABAP/CPI/PI/PO/BTP Integration Suite/middleware) to diagnose interface issues and define fixes.
  • Comfort using monitoring tools (EWM monitors, queues, IDoc monitoring, middleware dashboards) and producing clear defect narratives.
  • Strong communication with warehouse operations, IT, and external 3PL partners; able to lead calls through resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years (typical) SAP logistics experience with meaningful depth in EWM and exposure to 3PL integrations.
  • Warehouse/logistics domain experience (distribution, manufacturing warehousing, retail, or CPG) preferred.
  • Experience with RF Framework, MFS, Yard Logistics, Batch/serial handling, or regulated/controlled environments.
  • Exposure to SAP TM and dock/appointment processes.
  • SAP certifications in EWM and/or S/4HANA logistics.
