2. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Customer Engagement & Strategic Account Planning: Serve as the primary point of contact for key OEM and Tier-1 automotive/industrial accounts, building long-term executive and technical relationships. New Business Generation: Proactively identify sales leads, qualify OEM RFQs (Request for Quotes), and secure new commercial projects across designated regions (Pune, Chennai, or NCR). Existing Business Expansion: Drive account farming by cross-selling and up-selling Delkart's expanded portfolio (Custom Felts, NVH Insulation, Foams, Tapes, and Appliance Components). New Product Line Exploration: Collaborate with client R&D, Component Design, and Procurement teams to introduce innovative material solutions and eco-friendly products. Commercial & Contract Negotiation: Lead price settlement, annual price revisions, contract renewals, payment collection timelines, and dispute resolution. Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Internal Plant Operations, Quality, R&D, and Logistics to ensure flawless NPI (New Product Introduction) and on-time delivery.

3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION • • • • ◦ Educational Background: Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical, or Materials Engineering. ◦ Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain. Relevant Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven B2B Key Account Management / Technical Sales experience in OEM / Tier-1 automotive or industrial manufacturing setup. Domain Knowledge: Solid exposure to Automotive NVH, Automotive Felts, Interior Trim/Carpets, Foams, Tapes, or Rubber/Plastic components. Mobility & Presence: Willingness to travel frequently across key industrial belts in Pune, Chennai, or NCR.

4. CORE TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • • • • B2B Account Management: Relationship building, account mapping, pipeline tracking. Commercial Acumen: Costing estimation, margin analysis, RFQ/RFP processing, and negotiation. Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and client PPAP/APQP requirements. CRM & Analytics: Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Excel, and sales dashboard reporting.
